As part of our commitment to effective home-school communication, it is necessary for us to request contact details, in case updates or amendments are necessary.
Please can you check the details on the letter your daughter has brought home and make any necessary amendments. It is important that we have more than one contact number in case of emergency.
If your daughter suffers from any medical problems (asthma, panic attacks, migraine, diabetes etc.) please give details in the space provided. It is also important that we have your doctor’s name, telephone number and address if possible.
Once you have made any amendments please return the whole form to the school office as soon as possible.
Also, periodically, students are asked to be involved in having photographs taken for projects, or being part of a short video. These are sometimes used to promote and enhance the school’s image in the wider community, eg, in the local newspaper.
Please indicate on the letter your daughter has brought home whether or not you are willing for your daughter to have her photograph taken, or be involved in short videos, during her stay at Brentford School for Girls.
