Ofsted

Dear parents/carers,

I am absolutely delighted to enclose our schools most recent Ofsted Inspection report.  You will see from the report that overall the school has moved from being ‘Satisfactory’ to being ‘Good’ with five outstanding features.  The outstanding areas focus on the way in which the school keeps students safe, the care, guidance and support that the school offers, Community work, community cohesion and the Spiritual, moral and cultural development of students.

The report identifies some areas that will need to be addressed.  We are as a school working on these areas already and will keep you updated throughout the year on this progress.

The Ofsted report is a ‘real’ celebration of what will do well at Brentford as a school community. I would like to thank both the staff and students and yourselves for the hard work and commitment that you have shown over the last few years in moving the school forward. We have made incredible progress and will be looking for ‘Outstanding’ in all areas in our next inspection.   Please read through the report as soon as you are able to.  If you would like to make any comments I have attached a feedback section at the bottom of this letter.  If you wish to, please fill this in and return it to your daughters form tutor.

Once again thank you for your support

Yours sincerely
Ms M Leenders
